The next time you find yourself facing a road block in life, allow God to guide you on a detour. Allow God to revive your relationship with him. Allow God to restore your soul. Allow God to comfort you and strengthen you so that you will have a passion to tell others of your Great and Loving God!
When we devote ourselves to Scripture, we will experience a revival of faith in our lives together.
The only thing that matters at the end of each person’s life is their relationship with God.
God’s mercy has given us the chance to die to ourselves and come alive in Christ. So be a living sacrifice that no longer conforms to the patterns of this world. The world around us is deceptive, selfish, angry, and foolish. As followers of Jesus Christ, these cannot be the patterns we live by.
Your past does not define you. You are more than what you’ve done. Your past no longer has the last word and final say over your life. That’s all been covered by the blood of Jesus.
Where do you need to surrender and enter the journey of peace? Because remember, peace is not the absence of trouble, but rather the presence of God.
Open your heart to the God of the universe who came to earth so that we could live in relationship with Him and experience the joy He brings.
Advent is about preparing. It’s not about finding all the answers or checking all the boxes. You just have to show up and be willing to follow God’s lead. Wherever you are, you are not too late. God wants to fill your heart with hope for the ultimate healing and life in His Son.
We serve a God who has spoken in history, who will indeed speak tomorrow and who wants to speak to us right now.
